WizBets
The EdgeDeep Dive

The analysis you'd do yourself, if you had four hours.

Deep Dive is the upgraded text-to-bet flow: you type a bet in plain English and WizBets answers with a running analysis, the last-5 and season numbers behind every leg, how the line has moved, and a tap to dig further into dozens more variables.

Best strikeout prop tonight
  • Pulling tonight's probable starters…

  • Six arms with a strikeout market. Checking each one's last five starts against the number.

  • Skubal's the standout — 7+ punchouts in four of his last five, and tonight's opponent strikes out more than any lineup in the league.

  • Wind's blowing in at 11mph, roof open. That's a small nudge toward the pitcher, not a story on its own.

  • One caution: he threw 104 pitches last time out on four days' rest, so a short leash is live.

Dig deepersame session

You watch it think.

Most tools give you a spinner and then a verdict. WizBets narrates the work as it happens — which starts it's pulling, what the last five games say, where the matchup actually turns, and what gives it pause. By the time the bet cards land you already know why they're there.

And it doesn't only tell you the good part. If a starter threw 104 pitches on short rest, that's in the write-up too. An analysis that only ever agrees with you isn't analysis.

Receipts

Every claim comes with the chart behind it.

A stat you can see is a stat you can check. WizBets charts recent form against the exact line you're looking at — the games that cleared it and the ones that didn't.

Four of the last five cleared the line. The one that didn't is on the chart too.

Totals get the same treatment as players — how the number has actually landed, not a season average.

Charts are built by copying numbers straight out of the game logs we collect nightly — no model ever touches the values. Expand one to see the full season instead of the last five.

The market moved toward this side through the day. We only bring a move up when it shortened on the bet you're looking at — a line drifting the other way doesn't get spun into an argument.

The number you see isn't the whole story.

WizBets scrapes prices continuously, so it keeps a history of how a line got where it is. That turns “−125” into something more useful: this opened at −108 and has been shortening all day.

We only raise a move when the market shortened on the side you're looking at. If the price is drifting the other way, it's dropped rather than reframed as a reason to bet — and if the number itself moved, we say nothing, because the prices aren't comparable any more.

Dig deeper

One tap, dozens more variables.

Some questions deserve more than one pass. Dig deeper continues the same analysis rather than starting a new one — pulling in the context you'd otherwise have five tabs open for.

  • Injury report
  • Home / away splits
  • Opponent splits
  • Season series

What you get

Everything in a Deep Dive answer.

  • It shows its work while it works.

Instead of a spinner, you watch the analysis happen — which starts it's checking, what the last five games say, where the matchup turns. The answer reads like a friend talking you through it, and ends in a bet slip.

  • Receipts, not adjectives.

Every player prop comes with a chart: the last five games as bars against the line you're betting, the games it cleared in green, the ones it didn't in red. Expand it for the full season. A number you can see is a number you can check.

  • Last 5 and season, for players and totals.

How has this hitter actually done in his last five? How has this total actually landed? Both, on every bet, pulled from game logs we accumulate nightly — not a season average that hides a cold month.

  • Line movement you can read.

We snapshot prices as we scrape, so we can tell you a number moved from −110 to −125 since this morning. We only raise it when the market moved toward your side — a drifting line doesn't get spun into a story.

  • Dig deeper.

Any answer can go further. One tap continues the same analysis against dozens more variables — weather and park factors, probable pitchers, who's hot and who's cold, injuries, standings, home/away and opponent splits, season series history.

  • Every number is verified.

The explanation model is handed a fixed set of stats and is structurally forbidden from using any others — a grounding check rejects the write-up if a number appears that isn't in the data. WizBets does not invent stats, and won't build a case for a line the numbers don't support.
